Archfey Patron — Sagor från Valoris

The Archfey warlock has bargained with one of the great powers of the Feywild — a fey lord or lady of impossible age and beauty, whose court runs on riddles, glamours, and rules no mortal fully understands. What they grant is fittingly capricious: the power to step between places in a blink, to slip charm and fear like water off a leaf, and to wrap enchantments around a foe until they no longer trust their own senses. It is dazzling, elusive magic, and it always carries a faint scent of the uncanny.

It is the most mobile and beguiling of the pacts. An Archfey warlock is never quite where a blow lands, teleporting away from danger and back into it a heartbeat later, salting each escape with temporary vigor or a flash of psychic dread. They charm the charmless and vanish from the vengeful, dancing through a fight the way the fey dance through a bargain — always one step ahead, and always, subtly, changing the terms.

3rd Level

Archfey Spells

Your patron keeps a suite of spells always ready: Calm Emotions, Faerie Fire, Misty Step, Phantasmal Force, and Sleep at 3rd; Blink and Plant Growth at 5th; Dominate Beast and Greater Invisibility at 7th; and Dominate Person and Seeming at 9th — a glamour-worker's whole repertoire of charm, illusion, and misdirection.

3rd Level

Steps of the Fey

You blink through the boundaries of the planes. You can cast Misty Step without a spell slot a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier each Long Rest — and each casting can carry an extra effect: Refreshing Step (you or an ally within 10 feet gains 1d10 Temporary Hit Points) or Taunting Step (creatures near the space you left must save or have Disadvantage attacking anyone but you).

6th Level

Misty Escape

Danger only makes you harder to catch. You can cast Misty Step as a Reaction when you take damage, and you gain two more Steps of the Fey options: Disappearing Step (turn Invisible until your next turn or your next attack) and Dreadful Step (creatures near where you left or arrive must save or take 2d10 Psychic damage). The blink becomes a defense, a vanishing, and a weapon at once.

10th Level

Beguiling Defenses

Your patron shields mind and body. You are immune to the Charmed condition, and when a creature you can see hits you, you can take a Reaction to halve that damage and force the attacker to make a Wisdom save (DC 8 + your Charisma modifier + your Proficiency Bonus) or take Psychic damage equal to the amount you took. Once used, you recover it on a Long Rest — or by spending a Pact Magic slot.

14th Level

Bewitching Magic

You fold teleportation into your enchantments. Immediately after you cast an Enchantment or Illusion spell using an action and a slot, you can cast Misty Step as part of the same action, without expending a slot — charming or bewildering a foe and blinking away in the very same breath, before they've even understood what was done to them.
