Some magic argues. Glamour simply arrives — and the room rearranges itself to agree. This college learned its art in the courts of things older and stranger than any mortal throne, where a smile is a spell and a bearing can bind. The glamour-bard wears that borrowed radiance like a second skin: too lovely to strike, too certain to disobey, a presence that answers hostility with an allure that disarms before a weapon can be raised.

It is a gentle-seeming power with iron beneath. The same charm that soothes a frightened crowd can shatter an enemy's resolve; the same majesty that lifts a failing ally can make a killer's own hand refuse the blow. To walk this path is to understand that awe and dread are the same coin, and to have learned exactly when to turn it over.

3rd Level

Beguiling Magic

You always have the Charm Person and Mirror Image spells prepared. Moreover, immediately after you cast an Enchantment or Illusion spell using a spell slot, you can force one creature you can see within 60 feet to make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 8 + your Charisma modifier + your Proficiency Bonus). On a failure it becomes Charmed or Frightened (your choice) for 1 minute, repeating the save at the end of each of its turns.

Once you use this, you can't again until a Long Rest — unless you expend a use of Bardic Inspiration to restore it.

3rd Level

Mantle of Inspiration

As a Bonus Action, you can expend a use of Bardic Inspiration and roll the die. Choose a number of other creatures within 60 feet up to your Charisma modifier (minimum of one). Each gains Temporary Hit Points equal to twice the number rolled, and each can immediately use its Reaction to move up to its Speed without provoking Opportunity Attacks — vigor and momentum, handed out in a single flourish.

6th Level

Mantle of Majesty

You always have the Command spell prepared. As a Bonus Action you cast it without expending a spell slot and take on an unearthly appearance for 1 minute or until your Concentration ends. For that duration you can cast Command as a Bonus Action each turn without a slot, and any creature Charmed by you automatically fails its save against it.

Once you use this feature, you can't again until a Long Rest — unless you expend a level 3+ spell slot to restore it.

14th Level

Unbreakable Majesty

As a Bonus Action, you assume a magically majestic presence for 1 minute or until you have the Incapacitated condition. For the duration, the first time any creature hits you with an attack roll on a turn, the attacker must succeed on a Charisma saving throw (DC 8 + your Charisma modifier + your Proficiency Bonus) or the attack misses instead, recoiling from your splendor. Once you assume this presence, you can't again until you finish a Short or Long Rest.
