They come with the season — priests of the road who bless the sowing and the harvest, mend what the winter broke, and move on before the thanks run out. Cerellion's order keeps no cathedrals; its temple is the field, its calendar the only scripture it needs.

A cleric of the Turning Year carries the whole wheel with them. In the growing seasons they are healers and shelter; in the dying ones, they are the frost and the scythe. The land they walk gives freely — and, when it must, it takes back just as freely.

Level 3

Wheel of the Year

You are always attuned to one season, beginning with one of your choice. The seasons run in a cycle — Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter, and back again. At the start of each of your turns you can turn the Wheel one step to an adjacent season for free; turning to any season instead costs a Bonus Action. Only one season is active at a time, and its benefit is described below.

Spring Quickening

Whenever you restore Hit Points to a creature, it regains additional Hit Points equal to your Wisdom modifier.

Mend

Summer Zenith

Once on each of your turns when you deal damage to a creature, it takes extra radiant damage equal to your Wisdom modifier.

Burn

Autumn Reaping

Once on each of your turns when you deal damage to a creature, you or an ally within 30 ft gains temporary Hit Points equal to your Wisdom modifier.

Drain

Winter Bitter Frost

Once on each of your turns when you deal damage to a creature, its Speed is reduced by 15 feet (to a minimum of 0) until the end of its next turn.

Level 3 · Channel Divinity

The Wheel Turns

As a Magic action, you expend a use of Channel Divinity and pour the season into a 20-foot-radius burst centered on a point within 60 feet. The effect follows the season you are currently attuned to:

Spring. Each ally of your choice in the area regains Hit Points equal to 2d8 + your Cleric level.
Summer. Each enemy makes a Dexterity save, taking 2d10 + your Cleric level radiant damage on a failure, or half as much on a success. (No rider — Summer simply hits hardest.)
Autumn. Each enemy makes a Constitution save, taking 2d8 + your Cleric level necrotic on a failure, or half on a success; you then regain Hit Points equal to half the damage this deals to one creature of your choice.
Winter. Each enemy makes a Constitution save, taking 2d8 + your Cleric level cold on a failure, or half on a success; on a failed save, the creature's Speed is also halved until the start of your next turn.

Level 6

Turning of the Host

A priest of the road is never the only one the road keeps. You and up to six companions traveling with you are immune to Exhaustion from a forced march, you can forage enough to feed the whole group each day, and none of you can be Surprised while you keep the watch.

And the season spreads to those around you: when you use The Wheel Turns, its radius increases to 30 feet, and each ally in the area also gains your current season's Wheel of the Year benefit until the start of your next turn.

Level 17

The Whole Year

You no longer turn the Wheel — you hold all of it. The benefits of all four seasons are active for you at once (each "once on each of your turns" benefit can still trigger only once per turn).

In addition, once per Long Rest when you use The Wheel Turns, you can invoke the whole year: rather than resolving a single season, the burst produces all four seasonal effects at once —

each ally of your choice regains Hit Points (Spring);
each enemy takes the radiant damage (Summer), the necrotic damage that heals you (Autumn), and the cold damage that halves its Speed (Winter), rolling each save as normal.
